Inclusion in Community (a guide to local action)

Price: $2.00

Inclusion in Community: A Guide to Local Action was developed as part of the Inclusion in Community Project. Building on work already being done at local CMHA branches, the project explored how to make services more inclusive and accessible at eight CMHA pilot sites across Canada.

In this guide, each of the eight pilot communities share their stories and experiences, describing what they did, how they did it. They describe their successes and challenges, and how they plan to continue building inclusion in their communities.

The guide brings together different stories with the hope that they will inspire other communities to carry out similar projects.

This 38-page book was developed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (1998).
